SMS Terms and Consent
These terms explain the text messages Escalar+ sends to people who give us their phone number and agree to receive them. They cover what you will receive, how often, what it may cost and how to stop.

What messages we send
Escalar+ (Escalar Mais) sends text messages to people who contact us through our website forms or otherwise give us their phone number and agree to receive texts. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, scheduling and reminders for calls or meetings, follow-ups about the services you asked about, and account or service notifications for clients. If you separately agreed to receive marketing messages, we may also send information about our services and offers.
How you give consent
You agree to receive text messages by checking the consent box on one of our forms and submitting it, or by giving us your consent in another clear way, such as texting us first. The consent box is not checked in advance. We keep a record of when and where you gave consent.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can hire our services, request information or talk to us by phone without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. It depends on your inquiry, the conversation and, for clients, the services in progress. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Escalar+ does not charge you for receiving text messages.
How to stop messages or get help
You are in control of the messages you receive. These keywords work in reply to any text message from us.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text message delivery depends on your carrier, your device and network coverage, and we cannot control those factors. If you stop receiving messages you expected, call us at +1 (941) 877-6457.
Your phone number and consent stay private
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more on how we handle personal information, read our Privacy Policy.
Questions and changes
If you have questions about our text messages, call or text us at +1 (941) 877-6457. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms, and you can always reply STOP.
