A daily ad report in your WhatsApp, before you leave for the job site

You should not need to log into an ad manager to know if your money is working. Every morning a short daily ad report lands in your WhatsApp with what the campaigns spent yesterday, how many leads came in and what each one cost. When something moves the wrong way, we say it in the same message.

Why contractors need a daily ad report and not a monthly PDF

Picture a normal Tuesday. You are on a job in Lakewood Ranch, the phone is quiet, and you start wondering if the ads are even running. You could open the ad manager, but it shows dozens of columns, attribution windows and words nobody uses on a job site. So you close it and hope for the best.

That is how money leaks. A campaign with a broken form can burn a whole week before anyone notices. A creative that stopped working keeps spending as if nothing happened. Most agencies send one report at the end of the month, when the money is already gone and the conversation turns into excuses.

A daily ad report closes that gap. You see yesterday's numbers the next morning, in the app you already open all day long. You do not have to learn a dashboard or remember a password. If the numbers look normal, you read it in less time than it takes to lace your boots and go to work. If they do not, we already told you what we are doing about it.

What goes into your daily ad report

The message is short on purpose. It carries the numbers that decide whether your money is working and leaves out the vanity metrics. Each line is written so you can read it standing in a driveway. Here is what you get every morning.

Spend by campaignHow much each campaign spent yesterday, so you always know where the budget is going.
Leads by campaignHow many people filled a form or sent a message, split by the campaign that brought them in.
Cost per leadWhat each lead cost, the number that tells you if a campaign is paying its way.
Form vs messageForm leads and message leads shown apart, because they do not behave the same when it is time to book an estimate.
What changedA plain note when a number moved outside its normal range, with the likely reason.
What we are doingIf a campaign needs a change, the message says what we are adjusting. You do not have to ask.
Delivered to your phoneIt arrives on WhatsApp, where you already talk to customers, suppliers and your crew.

How we build your daily ad report, step by step

The report is only as good as what feeds it. Before the first message goes out, we make sure every lead is counted in the right place. Then the routine runs every day, whether the week is good or bad. These are the steps.

01We connect to your ad accountThe campaigns run inside your own ad account, paid with your card. We read the numbers straight from it.
02We check the lead countWe confirm that every form and every message lands in your CRM, so the report and the real inbox tell the same story.
03We set your normal rangeEach trade and city has its own cost per lead. We learn what normal looks like for your account before calling anything a problem.
04The message goes out every morningYesterday's spend, leads and cost per lead arrive in your WhatsApp, written in plain language.
05We act on what the numbers sayWhen a campaign drifts, we adjust it and tell you in the same message. You keep the final say on budget.

Monthly agency reports vs a daily ad report

Most contractors we talk to have paid an agency before. The complaint is almost always the same: they did not know what was happening until it was too late. Some only found out the posts had stopped months earlier because they went and looked. This is the difference in practice.

How to read a daily ad report without overreacting

A single day is a snapshot, not a verdict. Facebook needs about 90 days of data to really learn who your buyer is, and inside that window some days will look expensive and some will look cheap. If you kill a campaign after one bad Tuesday, you throw away what the platform already learned and start from zero. That is why the report shows the day, and we judge the trend.

Cost per lead is also not the whole story. A message campaign can bring a lot of cheap conversations that never turn into an estimate. A form campaign can cost more per lead and still book more jobs, because the person took the time to answer questions about the project. The daily message keeps the two apart so you do not compare apples to oranges. The real test is what closed, and that lives in your CRM.

Which plan includes the daily ad report, and what depends on budget

The report is tied to the ads, so it comes wherever we manage your campaigns. All three of our plans include ad management: $497, $750 and $1,250 per month. Ad spend is separate and goes on your own card, straight to the platform. We never hold your budget.

What the report shows depends on what you spend. With a small budget there are fewer leads per day, so single days swing more and we lean on weekly trends. If you invest under $500 a week, Google tends to bring very little volume, so we usually start on Meta, where a smaller budget still produces data to read. As the budget grows, the daily numbers get steadier and decisions get faster.

The first 7 days and what comes after

Everything goes live in 7 days. The deliverables are ready sooner, and the wait is the A2P registration that the carriers require before your business can send text messages. The ads and the report do not sit idle while that happens. This is how the first weeks usually go.

01Days 1 to 7: setupWe build the campaigns, connect the forms to your CRM and test that every lead is counted.
02First reportOnce the campaigns are spending, the morning message starts. The first days are mostly a check that the numbers match reality.
03Weeks 2 to 4: first readsWe compare audiences, creatives and form vs message, and cut what is clearly not working.
04Up to 90 days: learningThe platform keeps learning who your buyer is. The daily report lets you watch it happen instead of guessing.

Which trades get the most from a daily ad report

Any business running paid ads benefits, but some feel it more. Remodeling, countertops, flooring and painting have high tickets, so one wasted week of budget is one estimate that never happened. Owners in these trades are on site all day and cannot babysit an ad manager. A quick read in the morning fits the way they already work.

It works the same for a painter in Bradenton, a countertop shop in Worcester or a flooring store near Ocala. TOP Painting & Remodeling, in Sarasota, gets the daily report on WhatsApp alongside its Meta ads and CRM. Seasonal services like pressure washing and landscaping can use it to see fast when demand turns. The routine is the same, the normal range changes by trade.

You should know where your money went before your first coffee

We do not promise a number of leads or contracts, and anyone who does is guessing. What we promise is that every campaign is built with excellence and that you see what it did, every single day. The ad account stays in your name, the data stays yours, and there is no lock-in contract. If the work is not good for you, you leave.

What time does the daily ad report arrive?

It arrives in the morning with the full numbers from the day before, so you can read it before you head out to the first job. It covers a complete day, which is why it does not come in the middle of the afternoon.

Do I need to log into the ad manager?

No. The point of the report is that you do not have to. The account is yours and you can open it any time, but the numbers that matter come to your WhatsApp in plain language.

Can my partner or office manager get the report too?

Yes. Tell us who should receive it and we include them. Many owners like to have the partner who handles the money see the same numbers.

What happens when the numbers look bad?

The message says it directly and says what we are doing. If it is one slow day, we tell you it is normal variation. If it is a pattern, like spend with no leads or a creative that wore out, we change it and report the change.

Why not pause a campaign after a bad day?

Because Facebook needs about 90 days of data to learn who your buyer is. Pausing and restarting throws that learning away. We cut campaigns based on trends, not on one day.

Does the daily report show how many jobs I closed?

No, the daily message covers what the ads did: spend, leads and cost per lead. What closed lives in your CRM pipeline, and we read that separately in our sales reporting.

Does it cover Google ads too?

If we run Google ads for you, yes, they appear in the same message. With less than $500 a week in budget we usually recommend starting on Meta, since Google brings very little volume at that level.

What if I cancel?

There is no lock-in contract. The ad account, the campaigns and the data stay with you, because they were always in your name.
