Marketing services for contractors, built as one operation

Most contractors buy marketing in pieces: a website from one guy, ads from another, a CRM nobody opens. The pieces never talk to each other, so the lead falls into the gap between them. We build the whole chain, from the first ad to the estimate in your hand, and we keep it running every day.

Why we sell marketing services for contractors as one operation

Picture a normal weekday. A homeowner fills out your form in the middle of the morning while you are on a job site cutting, measuring or painting. Nobody answers until the evening, and by then he already booked the company that replied first. The ad worked and the website worked. The sale still died, because the part that answers the lead was never built.

That is the pattern we see when an owner hires marketing in pieces. The ad freelancer reports cheap leads, the web designer delivers a nice homepage, and the phone still does not ring with real jobs. Each vendor is right about his own piece, and nobody owns what happens in between. When one team builds the ad, the page, the CRM and the follow-up, the handoff stops being a gap. That is the whole reason we sell the operation and not the parts.

It is also faster. The same team writes the offer, builds the creative, puts the site up and loads the CRM, so there is no week lost waiting for another vendor to send a login. A new client is live in 7 days. The only real wait inside that week is the A2P registration, the carrier approval every business in the U.S. needs before it can text customers.

The 5 families of our contractor marketing services

Our 20 deliverables are grouped in five families. Each family solves one stage of how a stranger becomes a paying customer. They are listed in the order the lead moves through them. Skip one and the next one works with less than it needs.

Get Clients FastMeta ads, Google Ads and Local Services Ads, zip code income targeting and offers that convert. This is where the lead is born. We aim campaigns at the zip codes that can pay for your work and advertise a job with a clear offer, so the person arrives already knowing what he wants.
Creative That SellsStatic ad creatives, video ads with voiceover, UGC videos and a social media calendar. All of it is built from your real jobs, your real price and your real logo. You film with your phone, we edit, and whatever we post organically also runs as an ad.
Website and Local PresenceContractor website, local SEO and Google Business Profile, NFC rating cards, and custom sites and systems. A deep site with a page per service and per city, a Google profile that keeps getting posted to, and 5 NFC cards so asking a happy customer for a Google rating takes one tap on their phone.
Sales MachineCRM and lead follow-up, a dedicated sales rep, email and SMS marketing and A2P registration. The lead gets a reply in seconds, then 8 follow-ups by SMS and email if he goes quiet. On the top plan, a sales rep who serves at most 2 clients answers the leads and sends the estimates.
Reporting and AuditDaily ad report on WhatsApp, ad account audit, market and competitor benchmark and reporting. Spend, leads and cost per lead from yesterday arrive before you leave for the job, and the monthly read looks at what actually closed. We measure by sales, not by clicks.

How the pieces connect, from the first ad to the signed job

Here is the order we build in. Each step feeds the next one with something it cannot get on its own. This is why a single deliverable, bought alone, rarely performs like it does inside the operation. The ad needs the offer, the offer needs the page, and the page needs someone answering.

01Read the market before the first adWe look at who ranks above you in your city, what they charge, what they promise and which keywords people search. If you already run ads, we read your account and show where the money went.
02Write the offer and pick the zip codesA job with a clear offer beats a generic ad. Then we choose where it runs by household income. For remodeling, that means zip codes with $100k+ household income, because a high ticket needs a buyer who can afford it.
03Build the creative and the page togetherThe creative shows your real work and the page repeats the same offer, the same price logic and the same city. When the ad and the page say the same thing, the homeowner does not stop to wonder if he landed in the right place.
04Answer in seconds and follow upThe form lands in your CRM and the lead gets a text and an email right away. If he goes quiet, 8 follow-ups go out until he replies or asks to stop. Nothing dies in silence.
05Report daily and adjustEvery morning you see what the ads did yesterday. Every month we look at what closed and move the money toward what brings paying jobs, not toward what brings the most clicks.

Contractor marketing in pieces vs. one team running it

Most owners we meet already tried marketing before. The problem was rarely effort. It was the way the work was split, measured and owned.

The usual way
Escalar+
✕A web designer, an ads freelancer and a CRM subscription, each with its own login
One team builds the ad, the site, the CRM and the follow-up, inside your accounts
✕Reports that count clicks, impressions and cheap leads
A daily report on spend and leads, and a read of what actually closed
✕Stock photos of kitchens you never built
Your real jobs, your real price and your real logo
✕The lead waits hours for someone to call back
A reply in seconds and 8 follow-ups by SMS and email
✕Google Ads first, even on a small budget
Under $500 a week Google brings little volume, so we start with Meta
✕A long contract and the ad account in the agency's name
No lock-in contract. The accounts, the site and the data are yours

Which contractor marketing services you need first

Start from your budget, not from a wish list. If you can put less than $500 a week into ads, Google brings little volume at that level, so we start with Meta, where the same money reaches more homeowners in the right zip codes. Google comes in when the budget allows it. For emergency trades like HVAC and plumbing, search intent matters more, and we say that on the call.

Then give it time to learn. Facebook needs about 90 days of data to understand who actually buys from you. The first weeks bring leads, but the account is still learning which audiences turn into jobs. Owners who shut everything down in the third week usually throw away the most expensive part of the learning.

Our plans follow the families. The entry plan covers paid ads and creative. The middle plan adds the CRM, the follow-up and AI pre-qualification of the lead. The top plan adds a dedicated sales rep who answers your leads and sends estimates, so you only show up to measure and deliver.

What our marketing services for contractors promise, and what they don't

We do not promise a number of leads or contracts. Nobody can honestly tell you how many jobs you will close next month before the market answers. What we commit to is execution: every campaign built with excellence, every deliverable delivered, everything inside your accounts. There is no lock-in contract. If it is not working for you, you leave, and your site, your ad account and your data stay with you.

Can I hire just one service?

Our plans are built around the operation, because the pieces depend on each other. The entry plan is the closest to a single piece: paid ads plus creative. If you only need one specific thing, tell us on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense on its own.

How long until everything is live?

A new client is live in 7 days. The deliverables themselves are usually ready before that. The wait is the A2P registration, which carriers require before your number can send text messages to customers.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to Meta and Google, on your own card and in your own ad account. The ad budget is separate from the plan. We never hold your ad money.

Who owns the website, the ad account and the CRM data?

You. We build inside your accounts from day one. If you leave, you keep the site, the ad account, the Google profile and every contact in your CRM.

Do you only work in Florida?

No. We have launched 15+ businesses across 13 trades, with clients in places like Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Fort Myers, Boynton Beach and The Villages in Florida, Holliston and Framingham in Massachusetts, and Dawsonville in Georgia. The work is done remotely, inside your accounts.

I already have an agency. What changes?

We start by reading what you already have: the ad account, the site, the Google profile and where the leads go after the form. You see exactly what is working and what is not before deciding anything. And since we do not use a lock-in contract, you are never stuck with us the way you may be stuck today.
