A CRM for contractors that answers every lead in seconds
A homeowner fills out your form at night while you are still loading the truck. With our CRM for contractors, he gets a text and an email in that same second, and if he goes quiet, eight follow-ups keep the conversation alive. Everything runs inside your account, with your number and your company name.
- Instant SMS + email on every form
- 8-step follow-up until reply or STOP
- Recorded calls, branded caller ID, call forwarding
- AI pre-qualification with human hand-off
Why contractors lose leads they already paid for
You pay for the ad, the homeowner fills the form, and then nothing happens for hours because you were on a ladder. By the time you call back, he already talked to other companies. Nobody on your side did anything wrong. The lead simply sat in an inbox with no one answering it. That is the most expensive leak in a contracting business, and more ad spend does not fix it.
The second leak is quieter. You send an estimate, the customer says he will think about it, and you never hear from him again. You meant to follow up, but the week got stuck in estimates and job sites. Multiply that by a month and you have thousands of dollars in proposals nobody touched. When our team goes through a contractor's pipeline by hand, this is almost always the first thing we find: good proposals sitting idle.
A CRM for contractors exists to close both leaks. It answers the new lead in seconds, keeps following up while you work, and shows you every open estimate with a dollar value on it. It does not replace you on the job. It makes sure the leads you already paid for get the attention they deserve.
How our CRM for contractors works, step by step
Here is what happens from the moment a homeowner clicks your ad to the moment the job is marked finished. Every step is set up by our team inside your account. You do not need to build a single automation or learn a new tool before it starts working.
What comes inside your contractor CRM
This is the working setup we deliver, not a login and a tutorial video. Each item is configured, tested and running before we call it done. You can open any of it, change any template, and see every conversation from your phone.
A generic CRM setup vs a CRM built for contractors
Most contractors who tried a CRM before got a login, a few empty pipelines and a monthly bill. The tool was never the problem. Nobody built the follow-ups, nobody connected the forms, and nobody looked at the data after the first week.
Your pipeline in dollars, not in clicks
Here is the technical part in plain words. An ad platform only knows that someone filled a form. It has no idea if that person became a full kitchen remodel or a tire kicker. The CRM is where that answer lives, because that is where the estimate and the sale get recorded.
So every lead becomes a card with a value. When you send the estimate, the card gets updated. When the job closes, it moves to sold, and when it is done, it moves to finished. After a few weeks, you can put form leads and message leads side by side and see which one actually brought money.
That is how we decide where the next dollar of ad spend goes. If form leads are closing better, the budget goes to forms, even when messages bring more volume. In some accounts we go further and set up a routine that reads the recorded conversations and fills in the estimate value, because a card without a value breaks the math.
AI pre-qualification, with a person behind it
The AI inside your CRM is there to do the first part of the conversation fast and well. It greets the homeowner, asks about the project and collects what you need to quote. In one countertop account, a lead sent a photo of his sink and the AI pulled every measurement from it. That saves a trip before anyone even knows if the job is a fit.
AI is not the whole answer, and we do not pretend it is. In that same conversation, the lead stopped replying to the AI. A person picked it up and recovered him. Every message is labeled, so you can always tell who wrote what, and you can step in yourself at any moment.
On our middle plan, the AI does the pre-qualification and you or your team take the conversation from there. On our full plan, a dedicated sales rep from our team takes over, answers, negotiates and sends the estimate from your CRM. The CRM underneath is the same.
Where the CRM fits in our plans, and the first 7 days
The CRM, the instant replies and the eight follow-ups come with our middle plan and our full plan. Our entry plan covers paid ads and creative editing, without the CRM. Ad spend is always separate and goes on your own card, straight to the ad platform. You can see the full breakdown on our pricing page.
In the first week, we connect your forms, set up your pipeline, write the follow-up templates, configure call recording and caller ID, and file your texting registration. Our deliverables are ready before the week is over. What takes seven days is the A2P registration, the carrier approval every U.S. business needs before sending marketing texts.
After launch, the work does not stop. We watch where leads get stuck, adjust templates that are not getting replies, and use the pipeline values to guide the ad budget. You keep full access the whole time, and if something looks off, you can open the conversation and see exactly what happened.
Which trades get the most from a CRM for contractors
We work with 13 trades, from Holliston and Framingham in Massachusetts to Sarasota, Fort Myers and The Villages in Florida. It pays off most where the ticket is high, the estimate takes time and the homeowner compares more than one company.
Think of us as your in-house marketing team
Everything runs inside your account. Your CRM, your pipeline, your recorded calls, your phone number. We do not hold your data hostage, and there is no lock-in contract. If you ever leave, it all stays with you.

Book a free diagnosisDo I have to learn a complicated CRM?
No. We build and run the setup for you. What you use day to day is the phone app: read conversations, reply when you want, and mark a job as sold. If you want to go deeper, everything is open to you, but the follow-ups run without you touching them.
Whose account is it?
Yours. The CRM, the contacts, the conversations, the recorded calls and the phone number stay in your account. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it. We work like your in-house marketing team, not like a vendor holding your data.
Will eight follow-ups annoy my customers?
The sequence stops the moment the lead replies, and every text carries the option to reply STOP. The messages are written to be useful, not pushy: next steps, how you work, what to expect. We space them out so nobody gets eight messages in one afternoon.
Can I edit the messages?
Yes. Every template is editable by you. The only line that stays is the STOP opt-out language in texts, because carriers require it. If you want a different tone or a new offer in the follow-ups, tell us and we update it.
Can I keep my current phone number?
The CRM uses a verified business number that shows your company name on the caller ID and records calls. Calls to it can forward to your personal cell. We look at your current setup on the first call and tell you plainly what makes sense to keep and what should move.
Why can't texts start on day one?
Every U.S. business that sends marketing texts needs A2P 10DLC registration with the carriers. We prepare and file it in your first days, and the approval takes about seven days. Your forms, emails, calls and pipeline can run in the meantime.
Does the CRM get me more jobs?
We do not promise a number of jobs, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we commit to is execution: every lead answered in seconds, followed up eight times, and tracked with a dollar value. Closing is still on the conversation and on your price.
Is there a long contract?
No lock-in contract. Our clients stay because the work is being delivered. If the service is not good for you, you leave, and your CRM and data stay in your account.
