Three contractor marketing plans, side by side
Most agencies hide the price until you sit through three calls. We would rather show it now and spend the call on your business. Each plan below is a monthly fee for our work. The money that goes into the ads themselves is never part of it, and it never passes through our hands. Read the list, then pick the plan that fits where your company is today, not where you hope it will be next year.
What the $750 plan builds for you
This is the plan where the whole machine runs. A homeowner in Lakewood Ranch fills out your form at 9 p.m. and gets a text and an email in seconds. If he goes quiet, the system keeps following up while you are on a job site. Nothing here is a slide deck promise. It is the same setup running today for contractors we work with in Florida and Massachusetts.
The $1,250 plan: when the bottleneck is you
Some owners get the leads and still lose the jobs. Not because the price is wrong, but because they are on a roof at 2 p.m. and the lead texted at 1:55. By the time they call back, the homeowner already booked someone else. The dedicated sales rep plan exists for that exact week.
Your rep answers the lead, asks the right questions, negotiates and sends the estimate. When the customer sends photos and measurements by message, the estimate can go out without a visit. Your job is to show up to measure or to do the work. We cap each rep at 2 clients, because a rep juggling ten companies answers nobody fast.
Why we build contractor marketing in phases
Marketing has to be a gear in your business, not a cost that eats your month. A gear turns something else. Ads bring leads, leads become estimates, estimates become jobs, and jobs pay for the next round of ads. If one tooth is missing, the whole thing slips.
That is why we do not push the biggest plan on day one. If your cash is tight, starting with the $497 plan and a sensible ad budget is a real decision, not a lesser one. When leads start coming in faster than you can answer, the $750 plan adds the follow-up and the CRM that stop those leads from going cold. When your whole week is stuck in quoting, the $1,250 plan takes that off your plate.
Moving up is simple, because everything already lives in your accounts. Your ad account, your pages and your content stay where they are. We add the next layer on top of what is already running, instead of tearing it down and starting over.
How to choose the right contractor marketing plan
You do not need a spreadsheet for this. Answer four honest questions about how your company runs today. The answer usually points to one plan, and we will tell you on the call if we think a smaller one fits better.
Ad budget: the part of contractor marketing you pay the platforms
The plan price pays for our work. The ad budget pays Meta or Google to show your ads, and it goes on your card inside your own account. We would rather you see every charge than wire money to an agency and wonder where it went. It is your money and your data.
If you plan to spend under $500 per week, Google brings little volume, so we start with Meta. For countertops and remodeling, the number we usually discuss in meetings to get started is somewhere around $600 to $900 per month on Meta. That is a starting point for the conversation, not a quote, and the right number for you depends on your ticket and your area. A countertop shop in Fort Myers and a remodeler in Worcester do not need the same budget.
Facebook needs about 90 days of data to learn who buys from you. During that time the account uses every lead to get better, which is why a brand new account takes a while to settle. Later, we decide where to add budget by the jobs each campaign closed, not by clicks.
Contractor marketing pricing: typical agency vs Escalar+
You have probably heard the pitch before. A price that shows up only after the contract, a six month commitment, and a card that gets charged every month while the Instagram has not posted since last year. Here is how the same money is treated on each side.
What is not included, and how canceling works
Your ad spend is never included in any plan. It is paid by you to Meta or Google. The $497 plan does not include a CRM, a website or automatic follow-up. The $497 and $750 plans do not include a human sales rep. If you want a professional videographer on site, that is your call and your cost, since most of our clients record on their phones and we handle the editing.
There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. We are not going to hold you with a six month contract. What we commit to is execution: every campaign built with excellence and everything left in your account. If our work is not good for you, you leave, and your ad account, your pages and your content stay with you.
Questions about pricing
Still have a question? Bring it to the call. We answer everything before you decide anything.
Book a free diagnosisIs the ad budget included in the monthly price?
No. The plan price pays for our work. The ad budget is paid by you, on your card, directly in your Meta or Google account, so you see every charge.
Do you promise a number of leads or jobs?
No. Anyone who promises 30 contracts a month is not telling you the truth. We commit to execution: every campaign built with excellence, everything in your account, and no contract holding you if it is not working.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Your accounts, pages and content stay with you.
Can I start on the $497 plan and move up later?
Yes, and for many owners that is the smart move. Because everything lives in your accounts, we add the CRM, website and follow-up on top of what is already running.
Is there a discount on the plans?
Only on the $1,250 plan, which can become $1,000 per month plus 3% to 4% commission on sales. The $497 and $750 plans stay as listed.
How much should I spend on ads?
It depends on your ticket and your area. For countertops and remodeling, the starting number we usually discuss is around $600 to $900 per month on Meta. We work out your number on the call.
Why Meta before Google?
Under $500 per week, Google brings little volume. Meta lets a smaller budget reach homeowners in the right zip codes while the account gathers the data it needs.
How fast does the $750 system go live?
Live in 7 days. The build is usually ready sooner. The wait is the A2P registration that U.S. carriers require before a business can send texts.
Do I have to film my own content?
You record short clips of your jobs on your phone, and we edit, add narration and turn them into posts and ads. If you prefer a professional videographer, we edit that footage too.
What does the sales rep in the $1,250 plan actually do?
She answers your leads, qualifies them, negotiates and sends the estimate. Each rep works with a maximum of 2 clients, so your leads get real attention.
