More Google reviews for contractors, one tap at a time
Your customer is standing in the finished kitchen, happy, and says they will leave you a review. Then they get busy and forget. With an ESC Reviews card, you tap it on their phone right there and your Google review page opens, so the review happens while the smile is still on their face.
- Five NFC cards included in every plan
- Automated review request link
- Alternates Google and Facebook requests
The review your happy customer never leaves
Every contractor knows this scene. You finish a job in Boynton Beach, the homeowner loves it, shakes your hand and promises a five-star review. A week later there is nothing. They did not change their mind about your work. Asking for a review later just asks them to remember, find your business on Google and figure out where to click.
Meanwhile, the competitor down the road keeps collecting reviews, and the next homeowner who searches sees their number, not yours. Reviews are one of the things Google weighs when it decides who shows up on the map. They are also what people read before they call. A great job with no review is invisible to the next customer.
How the ESC Reviews card gets you Google reviews
Inside the card there is a small NFC chip, the same kind of technology used for tap-to-pay. When the card touches a phone, the phone reads a link stored on the chip and opens it. We program that link to go straight to your Google review page. There is nothing for your customer to download, search or type.
The whole ask takes a few seconds. You say something simple, like would you mind leaving us a quick review, and tap the card. The review screen is already open in their hand. It turns a promise to do it later into a review done right now, at the moment they are happiest with your work.
What you get with ESC Reviews
ESC Reviews goes to you as a gift, as part of how we work on your local presence. It covers two situations: the customer you see in person at the end of the job, and the customer you never see face to face. Here is everything included.
How we set up your Google review system, step by step
There is very little for you to do here, and that is the point. Once it is set up, asking for a review becomes a habit that takes seconds. Here is the order.
The usual way to ask for reviews vs. the ESC Reviews way
Most contractors either do not ask at all or ask in a way that makes it hard to follow through. Some get tempted by services selling reviews, which puts the whole profile at risk. This is how the options compare.
Why real Google reviews matter more than a big number
It is tempting to think the business with the most reviews always wins. It does not work that simply. Google looks at many signals together: how complete your profile is, how active it is, how your website backs it up, and how steadily new reviews come in. A steady flow of real reviews, with responses, reads as a business that is working right now.
Fake reviews break that. Google removes reviews it detects as fake and can penalize the profile that received them. Homeowners also notice when a pile of reviews shows up in the same week with the same wording. One suspicious pattern can undo years of honest work. That is why we only help real customers say what they already think.
Responding matters too. When someone in Worcester reads a review, then reads your calm and specific answer, they learn how you treat people. A negative review answered well can build more trust than a perfect score with no replies. We answer reviews as part of your local SEO, so that side is covered.
Where ESC Reviews fits in your plan, and the first 7 days
The five ESC Reviews cards are included in every plan. There is no extra fee for them and no ad budget involved. The automated review request runs inside your CRM, so that part works in the plans that include the CRM. The cards work on their own with any plan.
In the first days, we confirm your Google profile and review link, program the cards and ship them to you. The automated request gets written and connected while the rest of your structure is being built, and your whole operation goes live in 7 days. The wait in those 7 days is the A2P registration for business texting, not the review setup. After that, every finished job is a chance to ask.
NFC review cards in plain English
NFC stands for near field communication. It only works at very short distance, which is why you need to tap the card on the phone. The card has no battery and never needs charging. The phone powers the chip for a split second while it reads the link.
Most recent iPhones and Android phones read NFC without any app. On some phones the reader sits near the top of the back, on others near the middle, so if nothing happens on the first try, move the card slightly. For the rare phone that does not read it, the automated review link does the same job by text or email. Either way, the customer ends up on the same review screen.
The card does not collect data from the customer's phone and does not post anything on its own. It only opens a web page, the same as clicking a link. The customer still writes the review and chooses the stars. That is what keeps every review honest.
Trades where review cards make the biggest difference
Any business that meets customers in person can use the cards. They shine where the end of the job is a clear moment, with the customer standing there looking at the result. These trades have exactly that moment.
Reviews decide who ranks. We only help real customers leave them.
Your best marketing is a customer who loved the job. The problem was never convincing them, it was making it easy at the right moment. That is all the card does, and it does it well. We will not buy reviews for you, write them or promise you a number of them.

Book a free diagnosisHow many ESC Reviews cards do I get?
Five physical NFC cards, shipped to you. Most owners keep one and hand the others to the people who finish jobs with the customer, like a crew lead or an installer.
Does my customer need to download an app?
No. Most recent iPhones and Android phones read NFC without any app. The card opens your Google review page in the phone's browser, the same as tapping a link.
What if the customer's phone does not read the card?
First try moving the card around the back of the phone, since the reader is not in the same spot on every model. If it still does not work, the automated review link reaches the customer by text or email and opens the same review screen.
Do you buy or write reviews for clients?
Never. Fake reviews can get removed and can hurt your profile, and they are dishonest to the next homeowner. We only make it easier for your real customers to leave a review.
Can you promise I will get a certain number of reviews?
No. The number depends on how many jobs you finish and how often you ask. What we deliver is the setup: the cards, the direct link and the automated request, all working, so asking takes seconds.
Why alternate between Google and Facebook?
Homeowners check you in more than one place. Someone who finds you through a Facebook ad often looks at your Facebook page, while someone searching near me reads your Google reviews. Alternating keeps both pages getting fresh reviews.
Is ESC Reviews included or extra?
The five cards are included in every plan, as a gift. The automated review request runs inside your CRM, so it works in the plans that include the CRM.
Who answers the reviews that come in?
We do, as part of our local SEO work on your Google Business Profile. Every review gets a reply, positive or negative, written in a calm and specific way.
