Ad creatives for contractors that show your real work and your real price
Most contractor ads look the same: a stock kitchen, a generic headline and a logo nobody remembers. We build offer creatives from your actual jobs, with your actual price and your actual logo file. Then we keep producing new ones as the ad account learns what your market answers to.
- Offer and seasonal creatives (Labor Day, 4th of July, Black Friday)
- 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 sizes
- Client logo applied as a real file
Why most ad creatives for contractors get scrolled past
Picture a homeowner in Lakewood Ranch scrolling Facebook at night. In a few seconds she sees a car ad, a friend's vacation and three remodeling ads that all use the same white kitchen from a stock photo site. None of them says what the job costs, and none of them looks like a real company down the road. She keeps scrolling. That is where most contractor ad budgets die, before anyone even reads the offer.
The owner usually feels this as a phone that does not ring. The campaign is on, the money leaves the card every day, and the leads that come in ask for a price and disappear. The problem is rarely the targeting alone. Very often the creative is doing nothing to filter or attract the right homeowner. An image with no price attracts curious people. An image with a clear offer attracts people who already did the math.
Our ad creatives for contractors start from the opposite side. We use your photos, your price table and your brand, so the ad looks like your company and says something concrete. It is simple work, and simple is on purpose. The static ads that stay alive the longest in our accounts are clear, information based pieces, not expensive productions.
How we build static ad creatives for your business
Every batch follows the same path. Nothing goes live without passing through review, and you see the pieces before they run.
What is included in our contractor ad creatives
This is what you get as part of the static creative work. The files are yours, delivered to you, and they stay with you if you ever leave.
Typical agency creatives vs ad creatives for contractors built by Escalar+
The difference is not talent with design software. It is the decisions made before the design starts.
The technical detail behind a contractor ad that looks real
Image tools are great at scenes and terrible at brands. Ask one to draw a kitchen with your logo on a sign and it will invent letters, bend the shape and pick its own colors. On a phone screen that looks cheap, and a homeowner reads cheap as risky. So we split the job in two. The tool builds the scene with an empty white or black plate, and we paste your real logo file onto that plate afterwards.
The same care applies to references. When we like the layout of an ad from another market, we never feed that image into the tool, because it copies the other company's brand along with the layout. We describe the layout in words instead. And we never invent a before photo or a job you did not do. If the piece says before and after, it has to be your real before and after.
Which plan includes static ad creatives, and what depends on ad spend
Static creative work is part of every Escalar+ plan, starting with the $497 per month entry plan, which covers paid ads, video editing and image editing. The $750 and $1,250 plans keep the same creative work and add the rest of the operation around it. Ad spend is always separate. It goes on your own card, registered directly in your ad account, so you see every dollar the platform charges.
Budget changes how fast the account learns, not how carefully the creatives are made. With a small budget, we test fewer pieces at a time and let each one collect enough data before deciding. Facebook needs about 90 days of data to settle, so a new account will not show its best numbers in the first weeks. With less than $500 a week, we usually start on Meta instead of Google, because Google brings little volume at that level, and that is where static creatives do most of their work.
The first 7 days and what comes after
Speed depends a lot on how fast your material arrives. When photos and prices come in on day one, the first batch moves quickly.
Trades where offer-based ad creatives for contractors work best
Offer creatives work best where the homeowner can understand a price starting point. Countertops are the clearest example: a granite or quartz kitchen with a starting price speaks straight to someone who already measured the counter. We have built these for marble and granite shops in Holliston and Framingham, Massachusetts, and in Boynton Beach, Florida. Flooring works the same way, with an installed price on the piece, as we did for MCP Flooring near The Villages.
Painting, cabinets, bathroom remodels and pressure washing respond well to a concrete deal, like a set price for a cabinet job or a percentage off an exterior project. In those trades the price on the art is a rule of the niche, not a dogma. Some businesses prefer to show only the offer, and we adapt. For remodeling in places like Sarasota and Bradenton, we pair the creative with zip codes where household income is above $100k, so the offer lands in front of people who can say yes.
A creative that tells the truth sells better than one that looks expensive
We do not promise that a single image will fill your calendar, and nobody honest can. What we commit to is execution: every creative built with care, every file in your hands, no lock-in contract, and the freedom to leave if it is not working. Your real work, your real price and your real logo, in front of the right homeowner. That is the job.

Book a free diagnosisDo I need professional photos to get good ad creatives?
No. Phone photos of real jobs work, as long as they are sharp and well lit. What hurts an ad is a fake scene, not a phone camera. We tell you which shots help most, like the finished room from the doorway and a close detail of the material.
Do I have to put my price on the ad?
No. Offer creatives with a price are the ones that win most often for us, so we recommend them. But it is your business. If you prefer to show a percentage or a specific deal instead of a dollar amount, we build the pieces that way.
Do you use AI to make the creatives?
Yes, for parts of the scene and for resizing, and we say it openly. Your logo is never drawn by AI. It is placed as your real file. We also never use AI to invent a job you did not do or a before photo that is not yours.
Who owns the creative files?
You do. The files are delivered to you and kept in your account. If you ever stop working with us, the creatives stay with your business.
Can I ask for changes before a creative runs?
Yes. Nothing runs before your approval. You can approve, ask for an adjustment in the text, the photo or the offer, or reject the piece completely.
How do you know which creative is working?
We look past clicks. A piece that brings many clicks and no form leads is not winning. We follow which creatives bring leads that turn into booked estimates, and new batches follow those.
Will static images still work if everyone is doing video?
Yes. In several accounts a simple offer image keeps running for a long time next to videos. The two formats do different jobs. We usually run both, organized by content type, so the account can show each person what they respond to.
Do you promise more leads with new creatives?
No. We do not promise leads, contracts or rankings. We commit to building every campaign with excellence, keeping everything in your account and letting you leave with no lock-in contract if it is not working.
