Your contractor marketing launch in 7 days, and why it is not 7 months
Website, CRM, automatic follow-up, creatives and ads, all built in the first week. Our part is usually ready sooner. The 7 days are the time U.S. carriers take to approve your business for texting.

Why a contractor marketing launch takes 7 days
People ask why we say 7 days and not 3. The honest answer is that our deliverables are usually ready faster than that. What takes time is outside our hands. Before any business can send marketing texts in the U.S., its number must be registered and approved through a process called A2P 10DLC, and that approval takes about a week.
Why does texting matter so much? Because the automatic reply in seconds and the 8 follow-ups by SMS and email depend on it. A homeowner who fills out a form at lunch expects an answer before they fill out the next contractor's form. Launching ads without follow-up is paying for leads and letting them go cold. So we file the registration on the first day and build everything else while carriers review it.
The 7-day launch, step by step
This is the order we follow with every client. The trick is not working faster on each piece. It is doing the pieces at the same time instead of one after another. A traditional agency builds the website, then the ads, then the CRM, and you wait months. We run them side by side from the first day.
What is running at the end of your first week
A fast launch only matters if the pieces are complete. At the end of the first week, this is what is live in your accounts. The exact list depends on your plan, and your plan is something we define together before we start. Nothing on this list is a demo or a mockup.
What a first week looks like for a flooring company
Take a flooring company that sells LVP to homeowners around The Villages and Ocala, in Central Florida. That market is full of retirees who own their homes, want a clean installed price and are afraid of hiring the wrong crew. So the work starts with the offer: a clear LVP package with the installed price spelled out, instead of a vague 'call for a quote'.
While the SMS registration was being approved, the site with city pages, the CRM with the email and SMS follow-up, and the first Meta form campaigns targeted by zip code income were all being built at the same time. By the end of the first week, the structure was running in the company's own accounts. We tell this to show the order of the work, not to promise what your market will do. Each market, offer and season behaves differently.
What a first week looks like for a painting and remodeling company
Now picture a company in Sarasota that does painting and bath and kitchen remodeling. Its buyers are homeowners on the Gulf Coast, many of them seasonal residents, who compare several quotes and want to see real work before they let anyone inside the house. The site already existed, but it did not explain the services or give that homeowner a reason to trust the company.
So the site was rebuilt with blocking quality checks, which stop it from publishing if something is wrong. At the same time we wrote the email and SMS follow-up, produced the ad creatives and scheduled the social posts. Nobody waited for the site to finish before starting the creatives. That is the parallel work in practice. Speed without checks would be careless. Speed with checks is simply good organization.
A 7-day contractor marketing launch vs the usual agency setup
Every week without a working structure is a week of jobs going to whoever answered first. That is the real cost of a slow launch. Here is how the common agency setup compares with the way we do it. Look at the left column and ask yourself how many of those you have already lived through.
Live in 7 days is the start: the first 90 days of data
Going live is not the finish line. Facebook needs about 90 days of data to really learn who is likely to hire you. In the first weeks the platform is still testing, and results can swing from one week to the next. That is normal, and we explain it before you start so nobody panics and turns everything off too early.
During those 90 days we watch which leads become estimates and which estimates become jobs, and we move budget toward what closes. If your ad budget is under $500 a week, we usually start with Meta, because Google tends to bring little volume at that level. The fast launch buys you time. The 90 days turn that time into data you can make decisions with.
What you do during your 7-day launch
The launch is ours, but a few things only you can do. When a launch slows down, it is almost always because one of these is waiting. None of them takes much time. Most owners handle all of them from their phone between jobs.
Fast launch, honest expectations
We can tell you how fast we will build, because that part depends on us. We cannot tell you how many contracts you will sign, because that depends on your market, your offer, your prices and your homeowners. What we commit to is execution: every campaign built with excellence, everything in your account, and no lock-in contract. If you want to see a real launch before deciding, call +1 (941) 877-6457.

Book a free diagnosisWhy 7 days and not faster?
Our deliverables are usually ready sooner. The 7 days are the wait for A2P approval, which U.S. carriers require before your business can send marketing texts.
What is A2P 10DLC?
It is the registration that lets a business send marketing texts from a regular phone number in the U.S. We prepare the pages, consent and sample messages, and file it with your company's data.
Can ads start before A2P is approved?
The site, CRM and campaign can be ready before approval, and they usually are. Automatic texts only switch on after approval, so we plan the start of ads around it.
What can delay my launch?
Usually access that has not been granted, company data that does not match official records, or changes requested during review. Changes are fine. They just add a little time.
Will I get leads in the first week?
We do not promise that. The first weeks are when the platform learns, and Facebook needs about 90 days of data. Some businesses hear from homeowners early and others take longer, because every market is different.
Do I need a website before starting?
No. We build the website during the launch week. If you already have one, we review it and rebuild what is needed inside the same week.
