The marketing team for contractors that works like it is inside your company
You do not get passed around a call center. You talk to the people who build your website, run your ads and answer your leads. Here is who they are and how we work with you.

An in-house marketing team for contractors, without the payroll
The way we ask owners to see us is simple: we are the internal marketing team of your company. We are not a vendor who sends a report once a month and disappears. Everything is built inside your accounts and done for you, from the website to the ads to the CRM. The difference is that you do not have to hire, train and manage that team yourself.
A contractor already has a full day. Crews to manage, materials to order, estimates to measure, customers to call back. Nobody on the job site has time to learn ad targeting or write a follow-up sequence at night. That is the work our team takes over. Your part is to go out, measure, close and deliver the job well.
Paulo Ricardo Mont'Mor, founder
Paulo founded Escalar+ after two years working in person at a Miami agency that served American home improvement companies. That is where he learned how a contractor really wins a job, from the first ad to the signed contract. When that chapter ended, he decided to build his own agency for Brazilian business owners in the U.S. Today the agency has 6 years in the U.S. market.
Inside the agency, Paulo leads the build side: websites, apps, automation and the CRM. He writes video scripts, checks every creative for accuracy before it goes out and runs the relationship with each owner. He is usually the person on your first call, opening real client accounts on the screen instead of showing slides.
Lucas Campanharo, partner, paid traffic and accounts
Lucas is Paulo's partner and runs the paid traffic side of the agency. He builds and manages Meta Ads campaigns and Google Local Services Ads for our clients. He is the one who watches the numbers: spend, cost per lead, which campaigns bring estimates and which only bring noise. When budget moves, it moves because Lucas saw it in the data.
Lucas also handles accounts. At the start, he walks the owner through granting access, click by click, so the ad account, the page and the Google profile stay in your business name. Owners who have been burned by an agency that kept their accounts appreciate this part more than any other. It is slow and careful on purpose.
Julia Feitosa, dedicated sales rep
Julia is a dedicated sales rep on our team. On the complete plan, she is the person who answers your leads after the automatic reply goes out. She talks to the homeowner, asks the right questions, negotiates and sends the estimate. When a lead goes quiet, she is the one who picks the conversation back up.
The goal is to take the quoting work off your plate. At Express Marble & Granite, a stone shop in the Boston suburbs, the sales rep quotes from photos and measurements, and the owner only drives out to template. You stop losing afternoons on estimates that were never going to close. Your time goes to the jobs that are ready to sign.
The rule our marketing team never breaks: one sales rep, two clients
Each dedicated sales rep handles a maximum of 2 clients. This rule has been part of how we work for a long time, and it is not a sales line. It exists because answering leads well requires knowing the business behind them. A rep with a long list of companies cannot do that, no matter how good they are.
How our marketing team works with the owner
Working with us should feel like having a team down the hall, not like opening a support ticket. The steps below are how that relationship runs, from the first conversation to the everyday routine. You always know who is doing what, and you always have a person to talk to.
A typical agency team vs the Escalar+ marketing team for contractors
Many owners have been through the same thing: a friendly salesperson on the first call, then a different person every month, then nobody who remembers what was agreed. Team structure decides how your account is treated after the contract is signed. Here is how ours compares with what is common in the market.
Talk to the team before you decide
We would rather you meet the people and see the work than read another promise. On the call, you see real accounts, real campaigns and real follow-up sequences. We will not promise a number of leads or contracts. We commit to building every campaign with excellence, keeping everything in your account and never locking you into a contract. Call +1 (941) 877-6457 to set it up.

Usually Paulo Ricardo Mont'Mor on the first call, Lucas Campanharo for ads and account access, and on the complete plan, your dedicated sales rep, such as Julia Feitosa.
What does the dedicated sales rep do?
She replies to your leads, talks to the homeowner, negotiates and sends the estimate, so you only go out to measure and deliver the work.
Why does each sales rep handle only 2 clients?
Answering leads well means knowing your prices, materials and schedule. With 2 clients at most, the rep can know your business in detail and reply faster.
Is the dedicated sales rep included in every plan?
No. The dedicated sales rep is part of the complete plan. The other plans include the automatic reply in seconds and the 8 follow-ups where the CRM is included.
Do I need to manage your team?
No. We manage the work. What we need from you is access to your accounts, quick approvals, photos and videos of your jobs, and showing up to the estimates.
Where does the team work from?
The team works remotely, inside your own accounts, for clients mostly in Florida and Massachusetts. You reach us at +1 (941) 877-6457.
